1. Use the three red Buttons on the side of the fan to program your message.  You can input and save up to four separate messages.

2.  Each message can contain up to 16 characters (letters A-Z, numbers 0-9, and 22 various symbols).

3.  While the fan is operating, any of the four programmed messages can be displayed.

4.  Each message will also blink, spin, and rotate for attention-getting appeal. 

To Use

1.     Insert three AA batteries (or for first time use, pull out the protective slip).  Nine LEDs will illuminate in order and then shut off.  The fan is now ready to be programmed.

2.     Press the ON/OFF Button on the left side of the fan to turn it on.  Next, press and hold the PROGRAM Button for about three seconds until the display cursor blinks.  The Fan is now in Program Mode.  Enter your message by pressing the A-Z Button (characters A-Z & blank space) and the # Button (numbers and symbols).  Press and hold the Button to cycle through the characters quickly.  A single press of the PROGRAM Button will move the cursor to the next space in the message.  A blank space is also located after the letter “Z”.

3.     Press and hold the PROGRAM Button for about three seconds to store your message into memory. The cursor will disappear to confirm that the message is stored. The Fan is now in Display Mode.

4.     While in Display Mode, each press of the PROGRAM button will advance the display to the next programmed message.  If no message is programmed into a specific message location, the display will be blank when that message location is selected.  Repeat Steps 2 and 3 to store additional messages in the remaining message locations.

5.     To modify a stored message, access the desired message and then repeat Steps 2 and 3.

6.     To delete all messages, remove the batteries while the fan is ON.

7.     If four LEDs illuminate constantly, or the fan acts abnormally, press the ON/OFF Button to the OFF position, remove the batteries, press the ON/OFF Button two times, and put the batteries back in; the fan should now operate normally.

8.     To replace batteries, press the ON/OFF Button to the OFF position and install the fresh batteries within one minute or the saved messages may be lost.
